    Sophos reports faster threat investigations with OpenAI agents

    In an OpenAI customer case study, Sophos says its Daybreak-backed agents cut its average investigation time for cases using agents from about 38 minutes to 89 seconds and resolve 52% of managed-detection cases end to end under configured controls. These are Sophos’s selected operating results, not an independent comparison for all security teams; customers can choose notification, collaboration or authorized response modes.
