    Shareholders approve Agility Robotics’ SPAC combination; closing remains pending

    Churchill XI shareholders approved the previously announced business combination with Agility Robotics on November 2. The parties expected closing November 4, subject to remaining conditions. Approximately $465 million is expected gross capital from trust cash, a committed PIPE and $100 million already received; it is not all new cash closed today. The October 30 update revised expected proceeds after redemptions.
