    Asper.ai acquires Pricing One assets and team for AI pricing platform

    Asper.ai, a Fractal company, announced it acquired key talent and assets from pricing consultancy Pricing One. Its release says the team joins immediately, while Pricing One’s analytics and playbooks are to be incorporated into Asper’s AI revenue-management platform. It does not say Asper bought the entire company or disclose this transaction’s price; customer growth projections are vendor claims.
