    Sanas opens invitation access to supervised AI customer calls

    Sanas introduced a contact-center system where AI agents speak to customers while one human supervisor can oversee up to four live calls, intervene or take over. The company says each call discloses the AI and supervisor. Access is by invitation now, with broader availability planned for December 2026; effectiveness and staffing results are company claims, not independent proof.
