Zipline announces $1.5 billion financing for drone delivery expansion

Zipline announced $1.5 billion in new financing at a $21.5 billion post-money valuation. It says the capital will support U.S. manufacturing and hiring for autonomous drone delivery. The valuation is separate from money raised, and company-selected delivery results are not independent proof of national success.

Walmart and Zipline agree to work toward 300 more delivery sites
